Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years of business development experience
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships
- Strong network in HR, staffing, or gig economy space
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Experience with marketplace or platform businesses
- Existing relationships with enterprise employers
- Experience in early-stage startup environments
