Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition
- Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching marketplace or platform businesses
- Knowledge of gig economy and employment trends
- Experience with referral and viral marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
