Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Strong experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Experience building RESTful APIs and real-time systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of WebSocket and real-time communication protocols
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Background in marketplace or matching algorithms

Design and build the APIs powering Rush Gigs. You will create the matching algorithm, implement real-time messaging infrastructure, handle geolocation services, and ensure the platform scales to millions of users.
