Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of React Native development experience
- Experience with location-based services and real-time messaging
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketplace or gig economy platforms
- Knowledge of geolocation APIs and mapping services
- Experience with push notifications and background services
Job Description
Build the core Rush Gigs mobile app using React Native. You will implement real-time job matching, location-based search, instant messaging, and push notifications that will shape how millions find work.
This is a founding engineering role with significant equity compensation.
